Good location. Bad beds.

Spacious clean room. Average food.

Very uncomfortable beds. I did not get much sleep. 2 single beds pushed together that kept separating .

Room size was decent though odd shaped bathroom. Air conditioning worked well and breakfast was super. Very close to key areas of Playa del Ingles

Wonderful

Very clean and lovely settling. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was well equipped and large. Good value for price point.

Food good quality and variation ok for the length of our trip but would get boring if > 1 week stay. Evening entertainment was poor however we did stay in March so may be better in summer. All inclusive drinks were not great, wine was not great, no cocktails offered, onky thing that we found acceptable was the beer. We did not go all inclusive to drink all day but a nice glass of wine with dinner instead of having to pay extra would have been nice! Doesn't seem the type of hotel that woudl be plagued with people exploting all inclusive, tjerefore I don't think it would cost them much to improve the drinks.

Wonderful

Excellent choice of buffet food, fresh and great quality ingredients. Lovely landscape garden areas between accommodation, very well maintained. Good location near the beach and nice restaurants on the doorstep.

2 single beds in the double room is not good enough. Buffet dinner in the restaurant, while the food is excellent, there needs to be a table cloth and maybe a candle on the table to improve the dining atmosphere.

Nice stay in Playa del Ingles

Quality of food was good. We had a half pension package and everyday there was warm and fresh food for breakfast and dinner. The hotel is very close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

The quality of drinks was poor. Everything was from the tap. Soft drinks were almost sugar and water. Wines didn’t taste good. They had only one type of beer. You could buy a bottle of wine but that was also one type only. The facilities of our room were very basic. We asked for an iron and they did not have it. Our stay was during Feb/March and the night shows were not very exciting.

The hotel is at good location, the girls at reception are very good and friendly but not the slim guy

Location and facilities

Bathrooms and shower systems are very poor and also cleaners don’t understand English even though we put the sign for not disturb but still opened the door and tried to start cleaning. It was pretty annoying at early in the morning.

we had a lively week at playa Bonita, loved the large comfy rooms - but the poor food would put us off of returning !!

lovely big rooms, we had a 4th floor room which had great views of the pool & mountains. The pool area was great with lots of sun beds and the pool clean and fresh The staff were all really friendly and helpful !!

The quality of food and variety on offer was really poor, several meals we struggled to find anything we wanted to eat. The only snacks at the pool bar were same sandwiches everyday, no other snacks at all.

Great hotel overall, would highly recommend but not sure all inclusive option is worth it

Great location, close to main beach and shopping areas, particularly the main hub of Playa del Ingles. Also close to bus stops/bus station to travel to other areas of Gran Canaria. Staff were fantastic and rooms and hotel generally extremely clean. Entertainment for children and adults throughout the day and night. Good size pool with plenty of space for everyone and loads of sun beds. Food was good, plenty of choice at meal times.

Not really any snacks, certainly not the level of snacks available at other hotels I’ve stayed at. Snacks are just sandwiches (which no real choice of sandwich), some small muffins sometimes and very small ice creams. Other hotels tend to offer lots of fruit, with basics like chips, hotdogs etc for the kids as snacks. Only a few drinks included in all inclusive, most you have to pay extra for which defeats the purpose of going all inclusive. May as well go full or half board and just pay for what drinks you have as probably would work out cheaper unless you tend to drink loads which most people didn’t.

Best staff ever ever had the pleasure to know

After a 29-year break, we returned to this very same hotel, not knowing what to expect. I'll be honest this hotel is nothing without the staff that helps run this amazing place. Without question, the best staff I've ever had the pleasure to know. They are hard-working, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I think the hotel chain should be very proud of the staff from the management to the guys cleaning the complex. All of them are amazing. Everything else from the pool to the food and rooms are amazing, but like I said it's this hotel staff throughout our stay that have made this 50th birthday of mine the best holiday I think I've ever had. And I've been to over 100 hotels in my life, so that's saying something. We were never planning on coming back after this visit, but our new friends who help with the entertainment and management have made us want to plan a returning visit later this year. We have made friends for life here. A BIG THINK YOU TO YOU ALL. Especially to Andrew, Roberto, Pavliana, Irene, Haridian, Joel, and Patrick. Thank you all so much. PAUL, GARY ,MARC, SEAN, AND TONY.

There is nothing bad i can say about the hotel, but we stayed here when 90% of the guests were German. Unfortunately, they are very rude, pushing in lines, looking down on the staff, etc, and i believe they didn't give the staff the respect they deserve. I didn't like their attitude at all. They should take a good hard look at their attitude towards other people from other countries .
